House was well equipped, beds super comfy, temp in house was warm, especially in the AM. Shower needs attention for drainage & temp settings. Would be useful to have washer/dryer available. Didn't use sauna unfortunately, we had hoped to. only lounge TV was usable, bedroom TVs had no connection. Wifi was brill.

Very grateful for David, Lorena and their little one Agustina! Stayed 6 whole days with them and ever since my arrival I genuinely felt I was staying with family members. Their home is very cozy and welcoming and they're a very lovely and caring family. Super grateful they were my first airbnb experience! If I ever plan another trip to NJ or NYC, I will for sure stay with them again :) ♡

Beautiful Artist loft

Marcia's Airbnb was fantastic. It is a super cool loft with fantastic views; it is in a great location both in terms of getting around and the neighborhood itself. Marcia was a great host and very easy to work with. It is a shared space but she is very respectful of our privacy but available and helpful if needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Deluxe Two Queens Sofa City View

Great place and location. Affordable for families in lower manhattan. The breakfast was a very nice add on. Super close to the Staten Island ferry and subway stops. Walking distance to many tourist sites. Very safe area…. Interior decor is a bit outdated but that maybe part of the allure. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay for five nights. It was clean and decorated really fun. We didn't meet David, but his wife met us when we got there with the keys, showed us around the space and was very helpful and kind. It's really close to the bus stop where we walked every day to catch a ride to the city. Staying in New Jersey isn't the most convenient place if you are going to the city everyday, but it's much cheaper and way less energy for those who need to let down and relax a little bit. Guttenberg was a welcoming neighborhood. We enjoyed the house just one block off Berenline Dr, the nearby Dulce de Leche Bakery for breakfast each morning, and Bella Trattoria Italian a couple of nights for dinner. For the money, we made a good choice.
