A great place. Convenient, easy walk to a number of local businesses, yet feels private and quiet. Tam is an excellent host, responsive and very helpful. Place is very comfortable, clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this property for a week. The host, Pedro demonstrated exceptional responsibility and was consistently helpful throughout my visit. They were prompt in communication, attentive to any needs or questions, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a nice building… The view from the rooftop was amazing… The bed was super comfortable and everything was as described… Lauren is a great host…

Place is spacious, had enough room for all of us (family of 5). A/c in every room (to cool down or to heat up the room). Kitchen had everything we need for cooking. We were always able to find parking spot for the car (sometimes in front of the house, sometimes just few minutes walk away). Location is prefect, parks around, Walmart nearby for grocery shopping, New York just about 30 min drive, Liberty park 10 min away. We enjoyed.

First time in NJ/NY and loved our stay at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and looked exactly like pictured. Wilson is an awesome host he communicated clearly and was always responsive. I recommend his place and would 100% stay here again!

This place is at the top of our list of all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. We stayed in 20. The view of NY City was spectacular! The quietness and cleanliness of staying in New Jersey was a great decision. The commute to New York everyday was easy. It’s a short walk from the apartment to the bus stop. From the bus stop to either a ferry or Penn station was a great experience. We will definitely book this Airbnb again and recommend it to friends!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

This home was a place to stay within walking distance of Ventnor Beach. The entire unit is decorated nicely and includes everything you need, the coffee supplies were especially appreciated! The two bedrooms in this unit are very large, and with the included pull out beds we comfortably slept five in one room. The single bathroom and sitting room are on the small side but decorated nicely and comfortable. Street parking was ample and we never had to walk far to get to the home. It was a pleasant surprise to have 4 beach tags and bath towels too!

This is the best stay as always!

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

We enjoyed the stay the house is very clean from top to bottom. I met the owner very nice person if I needed anything I was told to let him know. I will recommend to my family & friends. The only problem was the parking. Will reserve again.

We loved this place!! It was gorgeous and spacious and well taken care of. We are very likely to return in the future. The outside fireplace is a nice touch. My only recommendations would be for tvs in bedroom. although my travel companions disagee, and for a full length mirror somewhere. Other than that, perfection.

We had a great time staying here. The rental is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed walking to and from the local shops throughout the day. We will be staying here again in the future!

Three of us women friends spent a week in early October. Wonderful! Fun! Relaxing! The condo was bright and cheery, even nicer than the pictures. Comfy, close to beach, We loved eating on the patio, especially in the morning. Spotted a dolphin(s) from the porch with binoculars, spouting as he/she moved along. And a hawk low in the vegetation next to small boardwalk. Nice details that made us feel welcome, bottle of wine with a note, keurig coffee and hot chocolate, use of beach chairs. Lovely and set up thoughtfully for guests. Hope to visit again!

Michelle is available for any questions or recommendations, they make you feel like you’re staying with family. It’s clear that they truly care about your experience, which makes all the difference.

We had such a nice weekend stay at Lauri's place. We reached out to her last minute, and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick, easy and painless, making the whole process smooth. The place was exactly as pictured and more. It felt so comfort and home-like. The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, parks, restaurants and much more, all while still feeling as though we were in a quiet, safe, cozy spot. We had a great weekend and really loved working with Lauri. We will be back!!

Great condo with ocean views. Walkable to everything we were looking to do. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway!

Very quiet and nice. Parking was a little tight as the other vehicle in the driveway had parked right on the line and had 3 feet or more on the other side, but we made it work.

This is the 2nd time my family and I stayed at Chris’s lovely humble abode. It is so pristine and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the beach and restaurants (maybe 5 minutes by car). Thank you Chris for your prompt responses to a couple of our minor issues and/or questions. We really appreciate it!

The condo was great! It was very clean, had plenty of space for our group, and was stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils, linens, and toiletries. It was in a great location, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, which made it very easy to walk everywhere. Check in was very easy and flexible. Would definitely recommend!
