Private suite vacation rentals in New Jersey

We chose Sara's airbnb due to location. We came due to our daughter graduating from Princeton. found the location really convenient, approx 12 min uber ride. There is also a bus stop nearby, taking you straight into princeton. surroundings are peaceful, with a 10min walk to lovely bakery. Airbnb itself was exactly as described and met all our needs ( we were out for the majority of most days). Sara herself was a very hospitable host, we arrived to a few treats left in the fridge, tea and milk. Sara was accessible throughout the stay, responsive to any messages and generous in checking out. we were extremely grateful for this, due to logistics of catching flights with 8 suitcases!! with Thanks Heidi

Notified by owners 1 day prior to arrival & arrival day by email. We were promptly greeted upon our arriving by Barb. A quick meet & greet, room tour & restaurant favs recommendations. The room was what we expected from the pics on the site, small, simple & low headroom; My husband is 6ft and could stand up! Quiet & Peacful and great location to beach! Outdoor space was nice to sit as well! This place worked well for the weekend event we were in town for! Would visit again & recommend!

The place looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. It was easy to find and the place had a warm feeling about it. The place was so close by to everything, it was great! The beach n boardwalk were also great.

We had a very peaceful and quiet two day stay at Mary’s Cottage. We loved the porch for morning coffee and resting after a bike ride. Appreciated Mary telling us about Beach Plum Farm. It was a great place to bike to for lunch. Overall the cottage was in great condition.

Great, safe neighborhood; easy access to town, restaurants, and highways; close proximity to NYC with convenient public bus transportation nearby; also nearby huge wooded parks suitable for hiking. The residential facility was very comfortable and met our needs very well for our 7 week stay.

I stayed at Jordan's place while visiting a friend in nearby Cherry Hill. Next time I come to visit, I will definitely be checking to see if Jordan's is available again! The suite was super clean, I was impressed with all of the amenities (loofahs! hair conditioner! an iron!!), and it was so quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after spending all day running around Philly and NJ! I even saw a turkey in the back yard on my last day! Jordan was a great host - the instructions for self check in were super clear, the house rules were reasonable, the internet was fast, and Jordan invited me to sit in the yard, which was just so kind. If you're thinking about this place, grab it before someone else does! Jordan has clearly put lots of thought and consideration into hosting, and I really appreciated it.

Gayann & Tom were very welcoming. Outside property was a little paradise. Beautiful landscaping and the apartment that we stayed is super clean and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable and had a great night sleep. That being said, I would love to stay there again with my family.

Bronwyn’s place was great! Cozy and comfortable, perfect for our beach overnight. Super friendly and responsive. We were steps from the beach and had plenty of access to restaurants and things to do! Place was very clean and well kept. We were talking about coming back again!

This place is a gem and I hope to be back! Anna Kay was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place was just what I needed - comfortable and cute! The private back patio area was an absolute bonus. Easy access to New York, but also lots within walking distance.

Ronnie was more than amazing house. The house is stocked with everything you need, especially as a woman, down to the bath and body works wash and feminine projects. The house is so modern, clean, stylish, and comfortable,— only 30 minutes from Brooklyn by car. Don’t worry about the neighborhood, everyone is kind and no one bothers you. (Newark can have a bad rep). This house is directly located near the children’s hospital. The only complaint is I wish I could have stayed sooner. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s so much more beautiful. Also Ronnie was so kind and responsive. You will not regret staying here!

Chris's place was just as described. Chris communicated frequently to make sure we had all the information we needed to get into and use the space as well as explore around town. There were also lots of great snacks and breakfast food.

Had a lovely stay! The Airbnb was very cozy and the surrounding area was peaceful and lush. Stephanie was very responsive and provided an air mattress for a late add on to our guest count. Would definitely recommend to others!

I have stayed twice before and hope to again. Larry and Tam were very accommodating hosts and had extra caring touches - like accommodating my fragrance allergies. The place is well suited for a multi-day stay and in a location easily accessible to lots of things. Love my South NJ home away from home.

Beautiful long driveway. designated patio with container gardens, table and chairs and umbrella. parking in the driveway near the entrance. big open field next door our dogs loved to play in. small deck with chairs and a grill. indoors was spacious clean and comfortable. beautiful updated kitchen and bath stocked with all your needs. tv games and books for entertainment. and a desk for remote work. friendly responsive hosts.

Eveny's place was great for what we needed. The pond out back was beautiful. It rained, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it like we hoped. As others have said, you will hear footsteps and furniture moving. She is also a very early riser, if that matters for you. There is not a heavy curtain to close for privacy for the door. Finally, make sure you leave before 11 am. I was trying to put the key in the lockbox at exactly 11 am and could not because it was already locked. Overall, Eveny's place was what we needed with a beautiful view.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay and we got exactly what we were looking for. The guest house is very homey, perfect place to be after a day on the beach. Yvonne is a great host. Her instructions were very easy to follow. She was also very helpful with local recomendations. We are definitely planning to go back!

The apartment was exactly as described by the owner. It was clean. A great location for casinos and other entertainment.

Kristine’s place was very cute and comfortable. Only about 10 minutes from PATH train to NYC. Additionally, Kristine left a helpful binder full of things to do. Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, water bottles and umbrellas were also provided, which was a nice touch. Would stay again!

Everything was great! Checking in was easy. The place was clean. The neighborhood was nice. I would recommend it to anyone in the area or driving into NYC. One of the best Airbnb places that I've stayed.

My stay at Anne Marie's place was truly exceptional. It felt as though she had prepared for the arrival of a dear friend—warm, thoughtful, and welcoming in every detail. The space is simply yet beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax from the moment I arrived. One of my favorite features was the outdoor shower, which added a touch of nature to my stay. The screened-in porch with the swinging chairs was also a highlight—perfect for lounging with a good book or enjoying the peaceful surroundings. I also appreciated having eyeshades, as the room fills with beautiful light at sunrise, and the shades allowed me to sleep in comfortably. The location is fantastic; just a short walk to the beach, making early morning strolls and evening picnics to watch breathtaking sunsets incredibly convenient.

We felt very confortable. The place was beautiful and very well taken care of. Everything was very easy to find. Lovely place to stay.
