Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! The kids who will enjoy the fire pit, close proximity to the bay and custom build bunk beds (with a TV in each bunk). Not your average beach cottage - brand new TVs / appliances. The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

We are currently rearranging the living room/ kitchen throughout May and will update the pro photos by mid June. We are implementing recommendations from our repeat/long term guests 1. Reduce the sofa-TV distance. 2. Face Sofa to the TV. 3. Make TV viewable from the Kitchen. 4. Improve Sofa location to ACs and Heat. 5. Reduce Energy Bill without sacrificing Comfort. This is a great house but its a challenge to alter the layout. Please accept of apologies for any inconveniences.
