Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hudson County

-It is an old house with an odd layout. You have to go through each room to reach the living room/bathroom/kitchen. But it is well preserved, and since we were a small group (2 adults & 1 kid), we did not any extra privacy between rooms. So this place could be great for families w/ kids. A lot of space. -Many of the appliances are also old. Sometimes it took us a while to figure it out (washer, dryer, dishwasher, shower) but everything works well. A few tiny things could have been prepared in advance (paper towels, dishwasher pods), and it would be nice to have some basics (oil, salt, basic filter coffee). But L&S were responsive and provided with what we needed quickly. -Location was the big question mark for us despite seeing positive comments. NYC buses are really frequent and nearby. Usually not much traffic. However, having this as the only option, especially coming back from Manhattan at night is limiting. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place!

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in New Jersey! The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit New York—it’s only a 10-minute drive to the Weehawken water ferry. From there, you can take the ferry straight into the city and hop on the free bus that takes you right to Times Square. Super convenient and scenic! The house itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It felt cozy and welcoming, and there were plenty of games to keep us entertained during downtime. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything even smoother. The only downside was the parking. Street parking was tough, so for my trip, I ended up using the parking garage at Port Imperial by the Envue Hotel, which cost $22 overnight. We then took an Uber back to the Airbnb—about $7–$12 depending on the time. It was a bit of a hassle, but honestly, totally worth it for the incredible view of the NYC skyline just down the street. Absolutely breathtaking!

Our stay was very peaceful, Natalia was also very responsive with any questions we had, checked in on us half way through our stay and was very accommodating

Ana was a great host and was available to answer our questions. The backyard is spacious enough to host a small event, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I had wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were visiting the area and wanted a location that could have enough rooms and bathrooms for 4 people. The host was incredibly responsive—Elsayed checked in on us the first night to make sure we were good and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. The location was exactly as described, and everything matched the listing perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently situated for everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a fantastic stay! It was a great location. (19 minute walk to the F/G trains to Manhattan, and a little closer to R/D/N/W trains; 2 doors down from a bodega; and there are many great restaurants in the area.) The apartment itself was great. (The kitchen was fitted with all the pots and pans and spices we needed to cook meals. The TV had lots of streaming apps. Everything was clean and new.) The bedroom was not very comfortable, (the room is just barely big enough for the queen bed, and you have to either climb in or squeeze by a post, but it has a nice window onto the back yard, and it's well fitted with a lamp and well-placed plugs). We didn't get to use the patio because of the weather, but it looks beautiful. Raymond and his colleagues were very helpful, and immediately responsive when we asked questions. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The attention to detail was impressive—fresh linens, sparkling bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The space felt luxurious yet cozy, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Place was wonderful, it’s up on the 3rd floor so pack light as it a tight space to get up too. The views are amazing, very clean and nice place and Valerie is super responsive and accommodating!!!

My kids, nieces and I had the best trip! Pratik and Harsha were amazing hosts! Even allowed a late check out and luggage storage. We had a late flight out so this made it so much less stressful!!! House was amazing, beautiful views, amazing neighborhood and people are so friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back, we loved this place 😊

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Second time visiting this beautiful Airbnb; only issue was that the previous tenants did not follow the instructions provided by Julie and left the garbage cans unlocked. This resulted in an animal getting into the garbage can and spreading trash everywhere, which we cleaned up. Please follow the instructions Julie provides to ensure fellow visitors do not have to clean up after your messes.

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Great host, responds quickly if any questions, clear instructions and info made my stay super comfortable and memorable. Great experience.

Loved my stay here, nice environment, peaceful , very beautiful but watch staircase I almost fell 5 times . But overall 9/10

The stay was exactly what me and my wife were looking for!! Peaceful, roomy, a BBQ grill, close to everything and anything you may need, near trails and best part of it all was the views from the back yard!! The host was SUPER responsive even during the late hours of the night - was super understanding and helped in any way she was able to. She kept everything we may need in the house also. Couldn’t ask for a better host!! Would suggest this place to anyone!!!

Joe's place was fantastic. My wife was having surgery at Greenwich Hospital. Joe's place offered me a great place to work just minutes from the hospital and many great restaurants. There was plenty of privacy, space, and amenities that made my stay very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend and will look for this property again if I have a need to stay in the area again.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.
