The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. Oriented to the south, all exterior, so it has plenty of natural light.   Its cellar, keeps a choice of wines from the region, which can be tasted "in situ".
