We had a perfect weekend with friends, the house complies with everything it describes, in addition we had a perfect time and we even enjoyed the pool! It is perfect, spacious and above all with a natural environment, perfect to disconnect. Our host was very friendly and very helpful.

Everything was perfect, Eduardo has been very kind and attentive. The stay was great and the villa was very careful, with a lot of detail and everything you need to spend wonderful relaxing days. Highly recommended. I would definitely repeat.

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

A super nice and spacious home. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden! The host was top notch and pleasant in communication. Very helpful, for example when we were allowed to drive to the supermarket on arrival.

My partner and I are traveling with 4 dogs. The house is great to spend a few quiet days near the beach (March). The beach is a 5 minutes walk.

A quiet comfortable place to enjoy with the family. Spectacular hikes and mountain tours and, at the same time, very close to the beach. The house is very beautiful and accessible for older people. Both the host and co-host are very friendly and helpful. Always on the lookout. Worth.

Great stay in Valencia, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of kitchenware, and many common spaces. The host was very attentive and super friendly.

What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

We spent a few days as a family and the accommodation was perfect,ideal for families and very close to the beach,the location is excellent, Mar and Fabiana as hosts have been very attentive and very friendly at all times.

My family and I had a very pleasant 10 days stay. Upon arrival, the host was very welcoming, the house was clean, and the communication was easy. The house is huge, perfect for accommodating a larger social network, and our 9-person team could comfortably accommodate! The hosts are fantastic, very friendly and helpful, communicative and we had everything! The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and calm, the view from the house is beautiful! The terrace and super pool make your stay more comfortable! All rooms are air-conditioned, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and there are enough bathrooms! Wonderful stay at the boulevard! The views where by days spectaculaire. Sun rise, storm, flat sea, waves,... We loved it! Laura was a great host. Proactive and very helpfull. We recommand her place to every body. Valencia is closeby, Castellon and Sagunto even more and are also great cities to visit! Enjoy your Stay!

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

Wonderful house with direct view of and access to the sea. We enjoyed some pre-season almost empty beaches with the house as a great basis. Communication with Andres sister Manu was prompt, we could even check in early and she always replied right away and was there for any need or question.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

Raul and Desiré were phenomenal with us, super attentive at the time of communication made the arrival feel perfect even though we made the reservation just 2 days in advance! The chalet is an authentic wonder, super well equipped and decorated, with a splendid view from both the balcony and the rooms. The ideal destination to spend a few days on the beach, there is a very cool chiringuito next to the beach (ideal for afternoon).

It was excellent from the beginning, Tere was quick to respond to any questions we had, I tell us how to get there easily, and once we arrived we loved its kindness and closeness, about the house in addition to being a haven of peace, the cleanliness of the house excellent, smell super well, cared for in every detail ! coffee and fruit😍 capsules, bath and pool towels, bathroom details, board games, bbk charcoal! My family and I have spent some great days in Salvador's house, we have not lacked anything and above all we have enjoyed the proximity to the spectacular beach of Oliva and the garden that has a large table, a large and very well located umbrella, even a barbecue.
