Monthly Rentals in Howard

We thoroughly enjoyed our little mini vacation for 2 nights. The river was so soothing and we both slept great in the cabin. The heater was lovely in the winter and had a great simple kitchen set up. Made me want to come back in the future! Darling A-frame.

Great spot! I stayed here with my dog and he loved running around the big open space. Had a ton of great amenities, was close to the river for fishing, and was comfortable. WiFi was a little slow and the only weird thing is there is no shades or curtains- that would have made me feel more comfortable, but overall a great stay!

Perfect for me. Private, quiet, and clean. Kitchen had everything I needed for some modest cooking. Upstairs bedroom with great views and patio. Be aware it has a spiral staircase - might not work for some. Parking is under the bedroom patio, just off the alley and next to living room for fast loading and unloading, great for skiing. Visited for a month and all was positive. Would stay again.

Secluded and breathtaking mountain views, proximity to Salida and easy directions/process made this such a memorable stay! Had an amazing time and hope to return very soon! Very jealous of the river access. A must for my future house.
