There is plenty of parking for large vehicles, RVs, trailers, rafts, paddle boards, etc. Short 15 minute drive to Historic Salida, CO with easy access to highway. Great hiking close by. Privately nestled in a tall pine and aspen forest. At 9,300 ft, the summers are cool, the wildflowers are plentiful and the stars are bright. Very private, very quiet. Sip your coffee on the deck and maybe the local moose, elk or deer will pay you a visit. Wildlife you won’t miss- mosquitoes. Enjoy your stay in our mosquito-less mountain.

The River Sweet

My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.
