This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

A spacious living area features modern furniture, including a dark leather sofa, a light coffee table, and a blue chair. A large television is positioned on a media console. A brick accent wall adds texture, while soft lighting is provided by a contemporary chandelier.

I had an amazing stay at this house in Brooklyn! The place was incredibly clean and nice, and I truly enjoyed every moment of being there. I booked a last-minute trip, and the host made sure everything was ready for me. Thank you so much for providing such an exceptional place to stay during my time in New York. Highly recommend!

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

A spacious backyard is framed by a large tree, with a well-maintained lawn and paved area. The two-story home features a light-colored exterior, while a small shed is visible nearby. The setting sun casts a warm glow, enhancing the outdoor environment.

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.
