My family had a wonderful stay at William’s place, the children were very excited they especially loved the upstairs bed…can’t tell why the bed makes them happy 😅 but, from they are happy, I am happy. The stay was a good one, thank you William for your quick response when called upon, and for making sure that the stay was a good one.

Delighted we picked Martha’s place for our stay in Queens. The place is exactly as described. Clean, comfy, and in a good location for exploring the city. Would def stay again if visiting NYC.

The house is very nice, the three rooms are perfect to rest after getting to know the city. The house is located in a good neighborhood, it is a quiet neighborhood, it should be noted that it does not have parking but the parking spaces are on the street, try not to park too late because you cannot find one, I parked every day between 8 and 9 pm, you do not have to worry about the neighborhood because it is too quiet. She is very quick to respond and helps you with everything point I am totally grateful with the stay at the house, me and my family. I recommend this house 100% to get to know the city of New York, it is very close, it takes very few minutes by car to go and get to know the city every day you want.

Great location near the city with a dedicated parking space, restaurants in walking distance. Apartment is very nice and clean. Denia is a great/responsive host.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

David's Airbnb is the best place to stay at if you're looking for quiet and safe location to rest in. In my case the perfect place to get work done without any distractions and get some much needed rest. The place was filled with all the necessary essentials, from clean dishware and towels/toiletries and even extra food to use. David, the host himself, was also incredibly helpful throughout the Airbnb stay; consistently responsive. Checks in on you to make sure if you're ok and to answer any questions you may have. Finally the best thing about this host is that while I did not know what to do around the neighborhood; David was kind enough to provide a binder full of information regarding restaurants, things to do, and details about the Airbnb itself. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for the homely aesthetic, peaceful neighborhood, and access to variety things to do. I most definitely look forward to reserving this Airbnb again in the future.

Spotless, cozy and quiet place. Very easy to access in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shops. Short walk to beautiful Ft Greene park. Very convenient for visiting a student at Pratt institute. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on my future visits to Brooklyn.

The house is very beautiful with lots of style and charm, the neighborhood is also very nice. Accommodation is clean and has all the expected amenities. The proximity of the metro, a 5-minute walk away, is a real plus. Nehprii is a thoughtful, accommodating and very responsive host.

We had a very nice visit at Michael's place while visiting family in the area. We loved the spacious accommodations with private driveway, separate living room, bath, kitchen and dining areas. The neighborhood is nice with the house convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. We had everything we needed, and Michael was responsive, communicative and helpful. We hope to return again sometime and stay a bit longer.

Everything is great, great communication, apartment is located on a quiet street with very good access to public transport. There are some homeless people on the way and in the area; it is part of the cityscape and we never felt unsafe.

We stayed 1 week in the accommodation during the holidays in NY. The place is perfect because it's quiet, the house is very well maintained and the hosts are very responsive. We had daylight coming from the blinds, without hesitation Dani changed the blinds, it was really perfect. Bus stop is a 1-minute walk away, really at the end of the street, it's really great. there are convenience stores in the neighborhood for extra shopping. New York Port Authority Bus Stop is 45 minutes at the end of the bus line. Even in the evening to come back, nothing to worry about.

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

Super comfortable stay! Very spacious, plenty of parking and not far from Manhattan. Highly recommend!

We are happy with our stay at Harriets place! As we are travelling with 2 small kids, it was important to have kitchen and silence (we were the loud ones, probably) and kitchen is FULLY equiped one (and I mean - its really well equiped, nearly for any kind of meals), and apratment and neighbourhood is quiet at nights. Transportation is quite well - from EWR we arrived by Uber, and to/from Manhattan - wity NJ busses and Path trains. Harriet provided toys for kids, as well crayons and sketchbook for artistic activities, so, kudos for that one alone. Harriets place is highly recommended to anyone traveling via EWR, because of location. And what a views at the evening from waterfront to Manhattan!!!!

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

It would be hard to really capture how perfect this spot was for our family. We were in town to visit family and see some sites in NYC, and Francesca‘s place was perfect not only because of its location but also because of its amenities. We really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, magnificent bathroom, and where it is situated in Newark - steps from everything we needed. Francesca was so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. We make a similar trip every year, and we will definitely rebook for next time.

This stay was perfect for us - older couple visiting from Texas. The apartment afforded us the flexibility of being together when we wanted to, and work on our own in privacy when we needed or wanted to. It is located in a real neighborhood, so that the staff of the bodega around the corner gave us a friendly hello when we shopped for groceries, and after a week one of the neighbors gave us a friendly wave. To my mind, it is much better than a Manhattan midtown hotel. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. We used the laundry room, which was as spotless as the rest of the place, and the washer/dryer combo seemed brand new and was easy to use. We stayed a week, but could have stayed longer. Sebastian responded quickly and helpfully the one time we needed help with a random issue. We did not get to meet him, but communication was seamless. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

Great place for a visit in New York! You will stay in a traditional house. The last floor is all for you (2 bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom). It is close to a convenient subway stop (145st), where all the Express trains stop and take you directly to downtown. 100% recommended! Also, Tanya (host) is stunning and kind!

my sister in law and i stayed here for our trip. it was perfect! i saw some reviews about the toilet paper rule but it’s honestly not bad. she provides trash bags. please don’t take an uber into the new york. it’s about $60 - $100. the bus is perfect. the neighborhood felt safe enough to walk in at night. easy to get to whichever airport of your choice. this place really was a steal!
