This place was fabulous. Everything I had hoped it would be and more. The cove right at the condo was amazing. We walked out at night and got see the turtles. My favorite place so far. The host was awesome too. Hope we get to come back here someday.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! It was a little slice of heaven there.

We had an unforgettable experience staying at this beautiful cliffside Airbnb near Kehena Black Sand Beach. The house is perched right on the edge of the cliffs, offering absolutely stunning, unobstructed ocean views. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks was surreal. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We specifically chose this place for the views, and it exceeded all expectations. Amber was a fantastic hostess—super responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with jaw-dropping scenery and the soothing sounds of the ocean, this is the place. Highly recommend it—we’ll definitely be back!

Terry made sure the condo was well stocked with items that you need to cook with and also for the bathroom and bedroom. It was a very nice place. The view was so beautiful and we enjoyed the water as it was just a short walk. Always responsive if we had questions. We would recommend this place. One of our favorite restaurants is just across the street too!

Would 100% stay again. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time — really comfortable mattress, and sleeping with the windows and doors open to let the breeze in was incredibly pleasant. There were a few mosquitos, but not bad at all. There is a mosquito net with the bed, which worked beautifully. The stars at night are unreal. Kitchen is outdoors, which works great if you’re used to that kind of setup. Just make sure to wash things right after using them and store food right away. It’s well stocked and all the appliances work. The pool was very clean and nice to hang out in. Easy walk to Kehena Beach. Pro tip: stop for groceries in Pahoa on your way in. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb accommodations. This condo is the best. It it's perfect for one or two people it they aren't sharing beds. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. I have been here multiple times and I am very comfortable here. Restaurants, market, and beaches are close and easy to access. I love staying here. Thank you!

Beautiful property. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was amazing with bidet and rain shower.Delicious breakfast delivered at 7:30 on the lanai. We spent our last day lounging by the pool with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. The property is close to Akaka falls and about an hour from HVNP and Muana Kea observatory.

5 stars from start to finish! My family and I did not want to leave. Rent this place immediately!

Greg and Howard are gracious hosts. The amenities here are top notch. They provide a restful retreat. The location is wonderful and we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed 4 days here with extended family in the smaller home on the same property and it was great. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (larger group was 10 total) to spread out. The best part was the beach across the road with good snorkeling (stronger currents so be careful) and lagoon with turtles. Plenty of outdoor gear to borrow- SUP, kayaks, small boogie boards, water shoes and snorkel/fins. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location at what feels like the end of the world. We slept well and enjoyed both the sounds of nature and the beautiful and unique surroundings. While there are plenty of neighbors in the community, everyone seems to keep to themselves. It was extremely quiet and enjoyable. The firepit in the pictures is not operable, which we found out after booking and really the only downfall for an otherwise great stay. A rental vehicle is required to get there and we were grateful to have rented an SUV. Highly recommended as the roads are rock/gravel with some small hills and quite the drive, but the closest town is about 15 minutes and will have anything else you need. Bring drinking water! The pictures do the cabin justice; it is open air but well maintained, comfortable, and worth the stay. Overall very good experience!

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Janice was so kind and communicated great with us. The view is even better in person and the house was bigger in person too! Everything pictured is better than you can imagine. We saw turtles from the cliff every day! Hot tub was fun and so were the games. Neighborhood was great for walks and everyone is so friendly. We did not want to leave!

One of my favorite AirBnB stays ever! It was a magical place, designed so thoughtfully. I felt deeply connected to the beautiful tropical farm and natural garden surroundings, yet had all of the conveniences to be totally comfortable. It was such a pleasure to wake up to a chorus of birdsongs and gentle warm breeze blowing through the loft windows. The garden shower was also amazing. Melissa and Jeff were so friendly, and I felt at home instantly. I cannot recommend this place more for a retreat in nature!

Lovey decor, beautiful flowers, great location!

We loved our stay at Marlyn's place! This was our favorite place we stayed so far! Very peaceful surroundings, great views of the tree tops and ocean, very clean, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything you needed, and outdoor shower was great! Peaceful star gazing on the lania at night was rewarding. 10mins from Black Sands beach, roughly 20mins to Pāhoa, and 40 mins to Hilo. Not much else to do in the immediate area but thats what we loved! You're with nature and beautiful surroundings/fruit/that's all you need. We will be back here!

Beautiful house across the toad from Kehena Beach. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were immaculate. Kitchens were stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils and much more. Loved sitting on the lanai. Beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to the drum circle on the lawn. Just a fantastic stay!

Jim’s place was AMAZING! View was spectacular & home was so clean and cozy. Looking forward to the next time I visit Hawaii just to stay here again! Highly recommended. My family can’t stop thinking about our stay here. 10/10!!

This suite is only a few minutes from town and the host is very responsive. It is very clean, well decorated, has comfortable furniture, and high ceilings. The free parking is right at your door! If needed, you have access to an excellent A/C system. It is a great value!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-appointed home! The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning tropical ocean view—we even spotted whales and dolphins right from the deck! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a breathtaking black sand beach (clothing-optional), though swimming is best for strong swimmers. The home is comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. As expected in the tropics, the environment can be a bit tough on materials, but that’s just part of the charm of being in such a beautiful, natural setting. The host communicated really well and has done a great job keeping the space welcoming and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway immersed in nature, this is a fantastic spot. We would absolutely stay again!

Incredible place and prime locations. Just walk across the street and you're at the beach. Walk a little to the left and you're at another beach with a huge wading pool. Kids loved snorkeling there. And, although I didn't know at the time of booking, the side and backyard is huge with lush tropical plants. Felt like we were in Costa Rica! As previous guests mentioned, the upstairs is apart from downstairs, with a separate side entrance (they are not connected). But there are no visible neighbors due to all the trees, so I don't know why other reviewers mentioned neighbors being loud. Such is not the case at all; but the beach across the street is public, so it gets crowded during the day. Felt completely safe the whole time.
