Poʻokela's Place- A Cozy home in tropical Hawaiʻi
Welcome to our beautiful family-owned retreat, nestled in the heart of the lush Hawaiian Paradise Park. This serene haven, set on a fully landscaped one-acre property, is the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and a touch of Hawaiian charm. Our family poured our hearts into creating this home after a lava flow from the 2018 eruption in Lower East Rift Zone destroyed our original residence. The result is a lovingly crafted sanctuary that we are proud to share with you.

World Class Vacation Home

The lush and verdant district of Puna provides the idyllic place for this unique botanical property. We invite you to come and enjoy this lovely three bedroom two bath home situated on 21 acres of lush island beauty. This property is unique in many ways but one of the most amazing parts of this property is the private botanical gardens that surround the home.

Old School Hospitality
This spacious ground-floor apartment can sleep four very comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.

Kehena Beach Ocean Front Cliff House
This home is obviously unique and has even been featured on HGTV's Off Beat American & The Travel Channel, but it is the land itself that we fell in love with. This all-concrete house is ocean front and perched on a lava cliff at Kehena Point. The Point sticks out into the ocean further than the surrounding lava cliffs and offers unparalleled views of the coast in both directions. Watch whales in season (November-April), and walk to a black sand beach.

Breathe in Beauty, Peace and Light
A place for solitude, rest and relaxation, from which to enjoy the wonders of Puna and the east side of the Big Island. Come experience the raw beauty of a lava eruption. The land has been transformed. Fissure 8 and the hardened lava flow is a 10- minute walk from our home. This is destruction & creation; We and the surrounding community of Puna have been transformed by this experience Our guests leave restored and in awe of the magic of this area.

Stunning Ocean Views - Whale House Hawaii
Located on a quiet peninsula of Keaau, in the Hawaiian Paradise Park sub-devision, just outside of Hilo, the Whale House is a stand-alone residence for one guest, families or group. The Whale House is constructed entirely on original, untouched lava flow just yards from the Pacific Ocean.
