The apartment is as described and corresponds exactly to the pictures. It is top modern furnishings, very clean and has everything you need. Contact with Tom was good, he provided us with all the necessary information in advance and we would recommend the apartment at any time.

My husband’s favorite Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. So large and spacious. Lovely setting and so quiet and peaceful!! Can’t wait to return!!

We felt right at home. Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights there, but enjoyed the very quiet yet central location during the time. An organic market, bakery and butcher are right around the corner, and a public charging station is only a few meters from the property.

We enjoyed a nicely decorated, clean apartment in a rural and quiet area. Lovely terrace with beautiful views. There is little to do in the immediate vicinity. Everything worked fine. Coffee and tea to use. A nice conversation every day. An address to remember.

Apartment super and clean, garden was even better in dry weather: the kids could go out at ground level and play great, very nice terrace! We felt very comfortable, nice and uncomplicated landlady and a really well-equipped apartment, the kids even got a bed-fall protection.

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion as we came from all directions. It was super easy to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is within 5 minutes' walking distance, perfect for trips to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it very much and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

We stayed a couple of nights at Hedwig’s place and were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful location couldn’t have been more private and peaceful. Hedwig met us for check in and although we couldn’t speak the same language we got a thorough tour and knew exactly where things were. Hedwig’s husband bought us some bread for the kids to feed the deer which was so lovely. Hedwig recommended a restaurant up the road so we gave that a go and it was delicious. Messages were always responded to very quickly and we were very happy. The beds were comfy too!

We enjoyed it very much, the house is very cozy, spacious and beautifully renovated. The garden is great and our children and we felt very comfortable! We will be happy to come back sometime!

We spent wonderful days in Serverin's house with our three children. We all had enough space and everyone could retreat. The house is sparkling clean, the location was nice and quiet, we had a wonderful view from the terrace. You can go hiking directly from the house. The proximity to Bamberg was also great. So we could stroll through the beautiful old town and our daughter was also satisfied.

We felt right at home here. We enjoyed relaxing and using the barbecue in the private backyard. Michael was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We were on site with two small children. So the large garden with the many play equipment (swings, slide, trampoline, sandbox, ...) as well as the chickens and adjacent paddock with horses were very well received. There are also some toys available in the accommodation. At any rate, there was no boredom at any time. Just perfect for a break with your family. And otherwise, the furnishings of the accommodation leave nothing to be desired. A lot of what we had brought with us was actually already available on site (salt, pepper, tabs, ...). Communication with Birgit in advance and during the stay was also very pleasant - helpful and informative. For beer lovers, the region is of course beyond any doubt. Paradise on earth. Tip: the Pottensteiner from the Mager Brewery. In short: we will be happy to come back!

Was great, as described just outside Bamberg, but well connected to the city on foot

Jennifer was very responsive by message and very clear on the instructions for Check-in and Check-out. My business stay went smoothly. Clean apartment and tidy.

It was really exactly as described, huge, but still cozy living area, a large kitchen, an immediate personal and above all nice welcome. The interaction was nice and above all uncomplicated. The value for money was really fair. We felt very comfortable and, if we vacation in this area again, we will book this accommodation again.

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

We had a wonderful family time at Lisa's. Everything was as in the photos and she is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very nice! The house is located on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was prepared for us in a sparkling clean manner. On foot or by car, a beautiful farm and the Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and always looked forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for a great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

Very nice place, beautiful garden. all you need is there
