Very nice, spacious and convenient apartment. My daughter said it was at home. Convenient parking. Among the disadvantages: in the evening a strange, inadequate woman came to the garden, walked around the territory, around the car and something strange muttering. Otherwise, I really liked it, we booked the apartment as just a place to spend the night on the way to Bavaria, and was in a good location, in a good city, with interesting views. I would love to come again when I'm around. I recommend it.

The apartment is really super nice – decorated with everything you need and a great base for excursions in the Swabian Alb. In the evening, even the evening sun shines right into the living room!

Since I had to go to the university hospital every day, I was able to use the wonderful bike paths and fully relax and regenerate in the evening in the nearby, very clean and quiet accommodation. In the friendly, bright and smartly furnished apartment you can really feel comfortable and find everything you need. Besides, you can sleep really well. Great mattress and so wonderfully quiet!! I'll be happy to remember this address for next time. The nice host couple takes care and makes sure that you are doing well all around.

Petros is a super host. Throughout my stay, he was always available and provided excellent communication support and advice. Nonetheless, his apartment is super clean, well-connected to shops, buses and S-Bahn station is just a few minutes away to reach out various places in Stuttgart. the residency is super quiet. I would recommend Petros and his apartment to someone who is looking for a quiet stay in Stuttgart.

Everything was perfect, easy to find, very precise instructions to find the key box. The host is thoughtful and responds quickly. The house is very nice and clean, very comfortable beds, large terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner... Close to the town square where there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant. Wonderful stay with Swantyee. We enjoyed the proximity to the forest and also the slight seclusion of Bad Urach in a slightly elevated location. The conservatory was a dream to be in. Also the spacious room layout. We did not miss anything about the equipment. We felt completely comfortable. If we were to come back to the region, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolute recommendation.

Mrs. and Mr. Gül are a very cute, understanding family. They carefully answered every question we asked. Mr. Gul knows Germany, the laws and the environment very well, and he had many valuable recommendations. The house was in extremely clean condition. Items are in brand new condition. Location is in a natural environment where you can walk among the sounds of birds. 25 minutes from Stuttgart Airport and 10 minutes from Göppingen. It's a place to relax away from everyone and yet very close to everywhere. It was worth every cent we spent on the house. If you want to make not only a homeowner but also a good friend, you can rent this place.

We're a small family with a dog and felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is super nice and you have everything you need and even more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, bread slicer, spices, etc. You have the large garden with huge terrace and hot tub completely to yourself and never feel observed. We would book with Cora again, as everything worked out easily and uncomplicated, including the communication before and during the stay. Thank you!
