Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

There is a separate kitchen with all the accessories and a newly renovated bathroom. You will occupy the entire property and have an extra entrance. On the 3rd floor, approx. 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV; living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, toilet extra! 100 m to the Blühende Barock, 5 min to the city center, right next to the hospital. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows installed in 2024!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
