The check in was punctual and smooth. The apartment was as described, nicely decorated and clean. Everything you need is available. Communication with Carsten was always very good. I felt very comfortable and like to come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Marianne and Christoph are very kind and helpfull. The apartment is a bit tight for 7 people (for instance not enough room for everyone to sit on the balcony and hard to get around the dining table) but we managed with 4 adults and 3 teenagers.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. In the kitchen, a few water glasses and cups would have to be purchased, the dishes overall are rather diced together. The apartment is located in a large, older apartment block, which is absolutely not noticeable inside, as everything has been new and modern. The proximity to the canal was great for us, but the location is a little further away for visiting downtown. The communication with the co-host was smooth and the key exchange was easy and straightforward. We would come back anytime.

My vacation at Elke&Jörn's was very nice! The two are great warm hosts. I felt very much at home in the apartment. It is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. The personal contact on site was very pleasant, easy check-in. The apartment overlooking the water was very nice and conveniently furnished. The surroundings are fantastic and everything is within walking distance.

We spent a weekend in the apartment and were super satisfied. The location is great, and you can go to many different activities. Tip: If you want to cook extensively, you may need a few more spices. We particularly liked the kitchen, clean and super nice dishes. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Already upon arrival we immediately felt welcome. The cottage is idyllically located on a small, quiet lake and offers exactly the perfect break from everyday life. The park-like, lovingly maintained garden invites you to relax and linger – here you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The furnishings of the house are excellent: from the fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms to modern bathrooms – nothing is missing. Everything is very clean, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We would like to highlight the hostess, who is incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. She provided us with valuable tips and made sure our stay was perfect all around. If you are looking for peace, nature and comfort, this is the place to be. Very nice in a great environment. The mill makes some noise but after a short time you can no longer hear it. Great place to stay.

Wonderful house with picturesque views! We were three couples with three small children. The kids enjoyed romping in the garden and we parents enjoyed the sunshine on the terrace. Communication with Elise was always easy and we were able to check in flexibly. Thank you for the lovely accommodation, happy to come again!

Very nice, tasteful and thoughtful decor. High-quality and lavishly equipped kitchen. The house offers a lot of space and at the same time privacy with the spacious all-round garden. Beautiful open architecture with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed for an extended weekend with the family in Jan's beautiful house. He welcomed us in a friendly way, showed us the house and gave us information about the surroundings. He renovated the house himself and furnished it with an incredible love for detail. It's like a museum, there are little things to discover everywhere. A true paradise for art lovers! There are toys for young and old, endless space and the place around it is worth a walk. The bell tower right next door scares you the first time, but after that you hardly notice it. From the armchair, you can watch the storks, so that even bad weather in Jan's house is super bearable. We will be happy to come back, it was great.

The apartment is practical and lovingly designed. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, kitchen equipment: Everything you need is there. I particularly liked the great view, the cozy decor (large sofa, lots of space, lots of light, nice veranda for breakfast or evening view). The house looks pretty dilapidated downstairs - in the apartment you are in another world. The park across the shore is also nice. The city center is great by public transport and also within walking distance. Nice neighbors in the house.

It is a very nice apartment where everything you need is present. Cozy decor and neatly clean. Netflix on the TV that allows you to log in with your own account. And good beds. It is in the built-up area in a quiet location next to a reasonably large lake. Lots of space to let the dog out or swim. And within walking distance of Bad Lippspringe, which you can reach via a beautiful route through the park. In Bad Lippspringe, there are a few restaurants and various shops. Beautiful hiking trails in the area. About 20 km away you have Detmold, a very nice town with many restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful week and will definitely come back to Valentina if we come back to the area.

The place is very practical and tastefully decorated. There is everything you need. Everything is well thought out. The location is optimal. The key handover went smoothly, everything important was explained to us. We felt very comfortable.
