Sunny loft with berry farmer

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.

The building is charmingly located directly on the edge of one of our former heathland sheep pastures. Our apartment is suitable for two/four adults and up to two children. Das Loft ist aus ehemaligen Gewerberäumen entstanden. Es ist offen gestaltet und enthält viele Details im Industriestyle. Alte Ziegelsteine, geschliffener und versiegelter Beton, Holz aus einer alten Eiche, alte Maschinenteile aus Gusseisen und viele weitere, einzigartige Dinge haben dazu beigetragen, dass das Loft ein besonderer Ort geworden ist. Das Loft ist ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist leicht erreichbar.

The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

Afterwards, you can enjoy a meal in one of the many good restaurants. After your adventure, a large rain shower awaits you to relax. Recharge your batteries on the private terrace or make yourself comfortable in the open living area with kitchen.

In this special loft, all important points of interest are very close by, especially the trade fair is nearby - so planning your stay is very easy. There is a free parking space directly in front of the accommodation, which is reserved for you as guests.
