Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

We rent out our fully equipped 50 sqm apartment. It has 2 rooms, kitchen and shower room. In addition, a covered terrace and a sun deck can also be used. A barbecue and WiFi are available. The apartment is suitable for 4 people + 1 child on (extra mattress) There is a double bed (180 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room. Furniture is allergy-friendly; see the pictures. Heidepark is a 20-minute walk away, and the Wolterdingen train station is a 15-minute walk away.

This air-conditioned top-floor apartment has been freshly renovated with a focus on authentic style and comfort. The 4+1 layout accommodates up to five guests in a central location. A private entrance leads via an original wooden staircase into the charming, slightly winding layout. The creaking solid wood parquet floor guides you to the bedroom and living area on the left, while the kitchen on the right opens to the rooftop terrace. The small bathroom may counts as Teambuilding. 😉
