Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

A warm “Moin” from Hamburg! You'll be staying in a cozily furnished basement room in my single-family home, which I also live in, in the quiet Elbe suburb of Blankenese. Your area has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, allowing you to retreat in privacy. It is well suited for 1–2 people who prefer a quiet and private setting. The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

The 2025 newly built car has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

Blankenese-Mitte: Small apartment in old building villa

Our guest flat, newly furnished at the beginning of 2021, is located in the basement of our small Wilhelminian-style villa - in the centre of beautiful Blankenese, in a side street behind the market square. It offers plenty of space for two and is the ideal starting point for a stroll in the "village", for walks in the Treppenviertel, the nearby parks and along the Elbe or for a visit to the surrounding restaurants and cafés.

Apartment am Hirschpark

Ideal for home office, VAT can be shown. Ideal also for families, kids friendly garden, cot, high-chair and toys are available. It is situated between the picturesque Blankenese and Nienstedten, the beautiful Hirschpark is situated directly opposite. The bus stop is 300 m away, the S-Bahn some 1.1 km.
