Cozy apartment with garden and terrace

We rent out our fully equipped 50 sqm apartment. It has 2 rooms, kitchen and shower room. In addition, a covered terrace and a sun deck can also be used. A barbecue and WiFi are available. The apartment is suitable for 4 people + 1 child on (extra mattress) There is a double bed (180 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room. Furniture is allergy-friendly; see the pictures. Heidepark is a 20-minute walk away, and the Wolterdingen train station is a 15-minute walk away.

A small, bright and friendly semi-detached house in a simple, Nordic style with its own entrance and green terrace for your own use awaits you. And this in the middle of Soltau, in the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. The apartment was refurbished and renovated at the end of 2018. From here, excursions to Heide Park, the Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, the Designer Outlet, the city center and much more are possible! Also suitable for relatives of patients of the very nearby clinics.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. One dog costs a five-euro cleaning fee. There is no smoking indoors
