We had a wonderful and adventurous vacation in the Sonnenstrahlensammelhaus. We felt very welcome, the house and the garden exude an idyllic atmosphere. The house offers great discoveries and a lot of comfort, it is lovingly developed and has its own, very inviting character. In addition to the handicrafts, you will also find artistic treasures. Manfred is a wonderful host who not only showed us his world, but also enriched us with conversations. We will be happy to come back again and again!

Simple uncomplicated check-in, great quiet location near the train station. Segr clean and cozy. I've been here many times and always like to come back.

At Nina's place you have everything you need for 2 people. Maybe washer if you are staying for longer period. Very recommended! 5-points!

Thank you, we felt completely comfortable. Bianca and her family were very friendly and helpful, we lacked nothing. The neighborhood is very green and quiet and was a great starting point for all our excursion destinations. We had a nice long weekend and would be happy to come back.

Anna was a great host. Her place was actually as it was listed. A quiet position with plenty of excursion destinations in the heath. I booked the apartment for my in-laws who were completely satisfied and had a relaxing week. Thank you, Anna.

Both hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The area is wonderful for walks with dogs. Despite the small size, there is nothing missing in the apartment. It is well furnished and contains many small touches. Personally, the bed in the attic was too cramped for me and I switched to the sofa bed. :)

It was a great family getaway! The kids felt comfortable and we enjoyed the time as a family. The bus right outside the front door takes you to Steinhude, breakfast in the Leinenweberei is worth it, is also totally family-friendly

The stay at the apartment "The Sky" was very nice. Everything was perfect and sufficient for 2 people. Everything necessary was provided to us, the kitchen is super equipped, there is everything necessary. In addition, we were greeted nicely by the host, he always responded immediately and gave us local tips. In addition, the hosts were totally flexible and offered us to check out later than agreed. The location of the house is great. When you sit at the dining table, you can perfectly look over Detmold, as the house is located on a mountain. The city is within walking distance and very easy to reach. In the apartment, we found information about the best sights and hiking trails. The bathroom is also very chic. Although a bit too many decorative objects distract from the important part in the apartment, we enjoyed the stay in Detmold. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place.

Great apartment as a starting point to explore the Steinhuder Meer. By car 15 min. to Wunstorf . Large free parking by the train station. By regional train, it is 12 minutes to the Hanover main station. Thank you Steffen and Sinja, you have made the ideal apartment available for us.

Even though we were only in the accommodation for one night and spent little time here, we immediately felt completely comfortable. The quiet environment made sleeping very pleasant and in general the apartment was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. We will be happy to come back on occasion!

We were a group of six people, and were very satisfied. The city is easily accessible on foot, and offers some possibilities, it also has a very nice city center. We can highly recommend the stay.
