Beautiful comfortable apartment in historic house

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it gets a bit cramped and is more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
