A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!

At Villa Fips, we felt right at home. The whole ground floor is nicely decorated and very spacious. Upstairs there are more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms also for large groups. Everything was very clean and also the kitchen was super equipped. We lacked nothing. The contact with Christine was very nice, helpful and even with some tips for things to do in the area.

We really liked the original, cozy cottage. No wishes left unfulfilled in the furnishings, a wonderful dining area and cozy sleeping accommodations. Bed linens and towels included - that would have been perfect. But even so, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

We only stayed a short night in the house, but felt very comfortable. The house offers everything you need for a short stay. I could also imagine staying there longer, it was nice and cozy and nothing was missing. Especially with children, this place makes sense, because there are many toys in the house and also outside there is the possibility to play. Communication was excellent, it couldn't get any better, check-in and check-out also worked out great and was extremely flexible. Thank you for a great stay.

I spent five weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need and more. Great amenities, pleasant size and it actually looks exactly like the pictures. On the street you can always and easily find a parking space, and the public transport connection is great because you can get to the city of Lebenstedt in less than 10 minutes from the bus stop next door. In the apartment itself, it is very quiet.

Highly recommend! We had a perfect stay at this beautiful apartment. The place was spotlessly clean as well as modern and tastefully furnished – just as shown in the pictures. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of love for detail. Overall, it looks like the apartment has only recently been renovated to a high standard. In addition, you have a magnificent view over Bad Lauterberg from the apartment/sun terrace, which also offers great sunsets in the evening. We would particularly like to highlight the very friendly landlady Liane, who made a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back!

Linda personally welcomed us and explained everything. She is very kind and communicative. The place is nice and quiet, it's not far to downtown. The living room is very spacious and has a nice ambiance. The two separate bedrooms were very helpful for us. Everything was clean and also functional. Our stay was really pleasant and relaxed. we were 6 adults there, all could sleep secluded (couch, two mattresses in the "children's room", large bed in the "parent room"). The apartment was really big and we had plenty of space for 6 people. In the living room is a very large couch and a large TV where we could watch movies. Even in winter you can have a nice walk in the area. The pool was about 18 degrees with us. The sauna was great and we smell it on our own. We arrived with a wheelchair and everything worked out great. Jennifer is really very very nice and made sure we have everything we need

Nice apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Bremen

We recovered very well in the apartment , location was great, you can walk quickly to the park and downtown , grocery store directly up the street, a very quiet house , the beds were very comfortable and beautiful was the evening starry sky on the balcony and at the skylight. Dimi is a very helpful host , the communication was super fast . Thank you , we are happy to recommend .

Our stay at the farm was simply fantastic. The surroundings are idyllic, quiet and perfect for getting away from it all. We were particularly impressed by the atmosphere: Carsten and Sandra were warm, helpful and always open to conversation. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. Children also get their money's worth here – with plenty of space to play, petting for the animals and a real nature experience. A real insider tip for all horse fans and nature lovers!
