Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden on Lake Neusiedl. The beach is about 1 km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 car car cars. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with children.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
