Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at Kalliopi’s house. Although the A/C in the bedroom stopped working halfway through our stay, Kalliopi was great at communicating and coordinating to have it replaced. We hope to return again on a future trip.

The house is in a calm and beautiful neighborhood close to the center. The hosts are very nice people. They helped us with anything we wanted. I would prefer it again if I go again. I have two suggestions; wifi reception is low, they should find a solution to that. The sofa bed in the lounge should be small and old, more comfortable and big.

The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

The location is central, next to the park ,so it is easy to access the Castle and the Old Town on foot, but also to all the sights of the city. Parking didn't bother us much. The apartment was comfortable with a big and spotless bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Big balcony. Myrsini and Petros willing hosts helped us get to know Chios better and showed us what we needed..By the way, Petros makes a nice coffee in the same building..Thank you very much !

Our host was very well-intentioned and made all the preparations for us properly. We just didn't have internet connection during our stay, we didn't have Wi-Fi, which made us a little sad. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
