ev çok sakin bir mahalledeydi yakınında yürüme mesafesinde tekel mevcut, yürüyerek alaçatı merkeze gitmek uzun sürer ancak arabanız varsa ulaşım rahat, ev sahipleri çok tatlı ve ilgililerdi, hiç rahatsızlık hissetmedik, teşekkür ederiz.

Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at Kalliopi’s house. Although the A/C in the bedroom stopped working halfway through our stay, Kalliopi was great at communicating and coordinating to have it replaced. We hope to return again on a future trip.

Ev merkeze yakın,sakin güzel bir semtte.Ev sahipleri çok iyi insanlar. Bize istediğimiz her konuda yardımcı oldular. Bir daha gidersem tekrar tercih ederim. İki önerim var; Wifi çekim gücü düşük, buna bir çözüm bulmalılar. Salondaki çekyat küçük ve eski, daha konforlu ve büyük olmalı.

We talked with Stelios for early check-in and he accepted. Thank you for kindly support Stelios. The flat was very central point and was very clean. We were keep in touch him always and never had any problems. If you are on vacation with your baby, It should definitely be preferred for stay. It was a very confortable stay experience. See you again.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out.. the house is spacious enough for two people and has an amazing view from the balcony.. we will definitely stay again here next time..

Evin konumu çok güzel , özel aracınızla gelmeden bile çok güzel bir tatil yapabilirsiniz. Ev çok temizdi ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut bir daha ılıcaya gitsem kesinlikle yine aynı yeri tercih edeceğim.

Η τοποθεσια ειναι κεντρικοτατη, διπλα στο παρκο ,οποτε ειναι ευκολη η πρόσβαση στο Καστρο και την Παλια πολη με τα ποδια, αλλά και σε όλα τα αξιοθαετα της πολης. Το parking δεν μας προβλημάτισε ιδιαιτερα.Το διαμερισμα ανετο με μεγαλο και πεντακαθαρο μπανιο και κουζινα πληρως εξοπλισμενη.Μεγαλο μπαλκονι.Η Μυρσινη και ο Πετρος προθυμοι οικοδεσποτες μας βοηθησαν να γνωρισουμε καλυτερα τη Χιο και μας κατατοπισαν σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε..Παρεμπιπτόντως, ο Πετρος κανει ωραιοτατο καφεδακι στο ιδιο κτηριο..Ευχαριστουμε πολυ !

Great little flat in walking distance to the town, with enough road parking around. Nikos and Ioulia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home. There is a ton of space, very comfortable for a group of four. The living room and balcony are beautiful, with a view over the port. The rest of the apartment and the location were also perfect. We would be happy to return and would highly recommend Xanthippi and her lovely apartment

This year was the second year that I stayed at this particular location hosted by Tugce. She is fantastic. She responds promptly to questions and requests.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kaldığımız yer hem merkezi bir konumda olup merkeze ulaşımımız çok rahat oldu. Ev sahibimiz çok iyi niyetli olup bizim için tüm hazırlıkları düzgün yapmıştı. Sadece kaldığımız süre içersinde internet bağlantımız Wi-Fi yoktu bu bizi biraz üzdü. Onun dışında her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev son derece temiz, konforlu ve her detay düşünülerek hazırlanmıştı. Ancak bu deneyimi gerçekten özel kılan, ev sahibimizin inanılmaz nezaketi ve iyilikseverliğiydi. Her konuda yardımcı oldu, samimiyeti ve misafirperverliğiyle kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi. Böylesine düşünceli bir ev sahibine denk gelmek büyük bir şans. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

evimizde gibi hissettik cok rahatti her sey, tugce hanjm da cok arkadas canlisiydi hic yabancilik cekmedik, sadece sifonlar bazen calismadi biraz beklemek gerekiyordu ama cok rahatsiz etmedi

Herşey çok güzeldi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Çıkış saati konusunda gösterdiği anlayış için çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰 evde kahve makinesi vardı ama kettle olsa daha mutlu olurduk….

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
