Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hacımemiş Mahallesi

Omer's place was great, we stayed for 3 weeks and totally enjoyed it. I was working remote, the place was in peaceful and silent neighborhood and had a great sea view. Every day I woke up early and walked to sea which is maybe 40m away from the house. it is close to restaurants and beaches also, so there was everything we expected. it was a comfortable stay, definitely want to come back again. Hosts are great very friendly and helpful.

We stayed with pleasure and peace of mind. Mr. Nurullah quickly turned around and came up with a solution when we needed it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful in nature, a pleasant house where you can take walks and watch the sunset and we love the ☺️ decoration that they are pet-friendly is a big plus, thank you very much for everything, we would love to stay again ☺️

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

We spent a pleasant weekend in this beautiful house where we stayed with our friends. Ms. Özlem is very thoughtful, she never lacked interest from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need. Don't think about it for a delightful stay. You will be satisfied with the village of Barbaros, where you can have a peaceful environment and plenty of nature walks. Thank you again, see you again.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Markela was very friendly & responsive. Always helpful to provide us with anything needed. The house was 5-mins away from the car parking, making it easy to reach it by car. Definitely our top choice for our next trip to Volissos. Thank you for everything!

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Amazing host- very polite!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

Amazing house for a bigger group of friends or family. We definitely enjoyed and fully recommend this Airbnb. The hosts are great, welcome you in person, explain you everything and you feel at home from the first second. We loved the design and place very much. It has everything you need for a perfect break. The place is great. It’s clean, quiet with a great host. The only thing that bugged me was the fact that the host refused to provide extra toilet paper and no paper towels.

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!
