The location , layout, cleanliness , peaceful and cozy decor of the house enchanted us as soon as we entered the house. The house was peaceful and tastefully furnished . Alison was extremely helpful, warm and thoughtful . The interior of the house was immaculately clean , everything we could need was thought out down to the finest detail. It will definitely be a place we want to come back to again and again. Everything was exceptional , thank you

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

The two days we spent in Foça were great! The house was beyond our expectations —every detail was thoughtfully thought out and everywhere was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was complete, and the towels and sheets smelled good. The hosts were very caring and kind; they responded promptly to every question we had and very warmly welcomed. It's also in a great location, a few steps from the sea. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to come back.

Ms. İlkay is very kind and was open, clear, quick to respond to all our questions. We entered the house easily, we left ourselves, which made us feel really at home. Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

The host was really great, taking care of everything. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the house. Having a parking lot made it very comfortable for us to easily get to the surrounding places by car. Also, the items in the kitchen were more than enough for cooking. Definitely a place we want to stay again!

The apartment in the basement of the house with terrace is fantastic. The tranquility there cannot be beat. We spent hours just looking at the sea and enjoying nature, watching animals and even seeing a dolphin. The apartment is functional and nicely furnished. The large bed is very comfy. Sensational are the good windows with mosquito repellent windows for pushing. Brilliant. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and provided with Greek specialties during our stay. Dimitris doesn't speak German, Despina English, but you can do it with hands and feet. The space on the terrace and the hammock are awesome next to the completely private stone bay 5 minutes below the house. The small village with two restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The small shops have a good selection and the upper close to the church also has the good Vikos water, but you should shop on the way from the airport behind Kambos or in Gialiskari. Armenistis is very expensive.

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

Perfect location, an apartment with a magnificent view. Grocery stores, greengrocers, bakeries, restaurants and cafes are right next to you. - An apartment we would definitely choose again for our next stay in Izmir

The location of the house is extremely easy to get anywhere in a very central location. The house was way over the top. Everything was thought out to the finest detail, and there were a lot of decorations that added cuteness to the house. A warm home creates the feeling that you are also in the environment. Aryetta is a very caring and responsive host, I had asked for a tavern suggestion that we were coming for the wedding anniversary. She prepared a bottle of wine as suggested, thank you for this thoughtful thought for us, we were very happy. We'll be back, love...

Excellent location. Wonderful host. The place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, nice and clean and beautiful view. Niko was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly and helped with recommendations! We cannot say enough good things about the location and the host.

We felt very pampered by Christina. She even met us by the port to direct us to her place and introduced us to her family who live up above. She cares a great deal to be sure her guests have a positive experience and provided many extra benefits for us during our lovely stay in Patmos. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and lacking in nothing. I highly recommend this place which is only a few steps from the ferry port.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

The Green House was fantastic. Simple well designed modern accommodation in a stunning location. Everything was beautifully clean and well cared for. Antonio was very friendly and took us to and from the port. We will miss the sunsets from the balcony!

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

An amazing stay - glorious apartment right on a lovely beach front. Everyone was lovely and super helpful (even offering to do our washing). Right next to a lovely restaurant and a short drive to Cambos which is a bit busier and has some bars. Beach was perfect and great to take out the kayaks as well

Aglaia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and responsive during our travels and while we were staying at her apartment. She was flexible with our check in and check out times since our ferry was delayed. She also called a taxi for us when we were leaving. Aglaia gave us some snacks and water when we arrived and she recommended various local sites, restaurants and car rentals. Her apartment is better than the pictures. It is spacious, the kitchen was very useful and balcony and outdoor areas were the best part of our trip. The breeze from the sea was refreshing and we didn’t need to use the air conditioner at all. The views of the bay and mountainside were amazing. We highly recommend Aglaia’s place to anyone traveling to Samos.
