Amazing apartment .... even bigger than on the pictures. It has everything you need, including an amazing view on the town and the see. Supermarkets are on walking distance .... You can reach city center easily with dolmus or taxi.... host is extremely friendly and reacts quickly. Will definitely return one day!

I am very happy to have stayed in a house that fits the expression of your home in Sığacık so well. I would like to thank Ms. Özlem very much for all the thoughtful details and warm communication. I stayed in a much nicer house than the photos. Everything was perfect. The kitchenware was complete and you could use it with peace of mind. The cleanliness was excellent. The location of the house was great. Staying in a great house in a beautiful location like Sığacık for 7 nights was a great holiday and rest for me… Thank you so much I hope to see you again...

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! Dimitri's place is great, a nice 2 bedroom with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is very nicely setup, and everything we needed was right there. Dimitri was a great host, super helpful. We arrived on Easter weekend and he was concerned that we would have food, so he purchased food and drinks for us to make sure we had what we needed. Another day his wife back cheese pie for us, it was great. The view of the town and harbor is awesome and a nice size patio for us to sit on and enjoy the view, the sunsets are great. Private parking right in front of our door was very nice, and a short walk down into town. Highly recommend staying in this very nice place.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was also very authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

Ms. Zehra and Mr. Serdar were very helpful in everything. They took care of everything from our transportation to our departure. The house was just as described. The view, the location of the house was perfect for peace and privacy. My only advice for those who will prefer it later is that you may want to arrange shopping in advance as there is no grocery store nearby. It was a great experience for us. It's a place we'd like to visit again.

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

Mr. Çapan was very helpful in the process. The location of the house was very central. The house was tidy and clean. It can be preferred for family accommodation.

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

Mrs. Belma and her mother Mrs. Rabia were very friendly and very hospitable. They hosted us as if we were guests at the home of an acquaintance. The house is ideal for 2-3 people, not very large, but everything that may be needed for a comfortable stay has been considered. The cleanliness of the house was very good. Care has also been taken to use natural and environmentally friendly products for cleaning-bathroom products in the house. The house has a very pleasant garden, you can enjoy yourself under the trees at any time of the day. The internet was smooth for remote work or online calls. It is 3-4 minutes away from the art street. For transportation to the pier, public transportation passes a little further from the house. We were very comfortable at home during our stay, we thank Ms. Belma and her mother Ms. Rabia very much. If we come to Urla again, we have an address to stay.

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

The location is shown as inside, but the house was close to everywhere, it was clean, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own home, they allowed us to use the private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we could check out whenever we wanted, I would really stay again if I came again, thank you very much

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

Wonderful accommodation on the western end of Samos'south coast - away from depressing mass tourism. Small, loving, park-like complex, with a lot of use well maintained. Unfortunately, there is not a single tavern with really good Greek cuisine from 4 places in the area (place can't be said).
