Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

It is located by the sea, with a peaceful garden and a relaxed atmosphere, 4 minutes on foot to the beaches, and 10 minutes by car to Sığacık, the ancient city of Teos, and Teos Marina. All necessary equipment is available for you to cook at home. Filter and Turkish coffee machines, an air fryer, a KitchenChef, and basic kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, salt, etc.) are ready for first use. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper; clean sheets and spare towels are available. The host lives on the terrace floor.
