The studio is simple, spacious, clean and newly renovated. The description is accurate, independent and arranged on two floors, the place is very quiet and Alexandre is really responsive. It went very well. The place is convenient for the Le Mans circuit 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic.

If you want to stay in an absolutely picturesque place in the French countryside not far from Le Mans THIS is your place!!! It was beautiful and peaceful and the hosts are SO lovely, kind and helpful. They live in the house right next to this place and were wonderful. The place had everything we needed and is full of charm and character. The main photo for their place doesn't do it justice AT ALL. Having coffee in the morning in their garden with all the birds chirping was heavenly. I would come back here anytime.

Original place because of the decor. The plus: 4 very practical bathrooms and foosball and darts, shops within walking distance (bakery, Intermarché...)

Perfect stay for 2 nights in Le Mans. The apartment was close to the old town and the 24h Le Mans Museum was easy to reach! Valentin was a great host!

Very nice stay not far from the train station, easily accessible transport, clean hygiene, fairly quiet neighborhood except that PSG won yesterday and we shouted in the street. Basically, very happy to have chosen this apartment!

Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is even more charming in reality than in the photos 😊 It feels really good... like home.
