This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. The priory washhouse

In the heart of the Sarthe Perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a water town in Roman times, behind the church with its very special bell tower, is the washhouse of "the priory farm". This small building and its basin fed by a spring are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below are the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room was installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so we offer you a night "on the waterfront".

Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Carefully decorated, the house offers a very bright living room with a fireplace (wood provided). Heated swimming pool 16 m x 4 m.
