Nuestra familia y amigos tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. La casa es acogedora y bien equipada, con todos los detalles pensados para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es ideal, y el ambiente es tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y eficiente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta. Definitivamente recomendaríamos este alojamiento y volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias por una gran experiencia!

Zoila was great and booked us immediately after landing. The Airbnb was exactly what was described in photos and listing. Zoila was very attentive and her cleaning lady Ligia is amazing. Unfortunately the shower was broken and no hot water, but it was fixed. And the futon / couch has tears. Also we could’ve used toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Otherwise it was a great home! This was recommended by Tristan who had previously stayed there. I am looking forward to booking with Zoila again. Beautiful Terrace!

La casa es perfecta para ir entre amigos y familia, urbanización privada , segura , súper cómodo, fresco, habitaciones con aire. Para hacer parrillada, la playa es a 4 minutos caminando , se los recomiendo absolutamente. 10/10. Así mismo Stalin siempre atento a cualquier cosa, siempre amable.

Lindo lugar. Tal cual se muestran en las fotos. Nathalia fue muy comunicativa y brindó información adecuada. Nos ayudó con un check in a las 21. La hora de check out es antes de las 10 y la piscina estaba sucia, no se puede usar😔

This was a beautiful house to stay in for my time in Guayaquil. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal as well if you're wanting to explore the city. And it's very safe as there's always a security guard nearby. Communication with Mariuxi was easy and clear. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Guayaquil.

El lugar es igual que las fotos, el anfitrión 10/10 responde tus necesidades. Solo que le agregaría como recomendación es que lleven repelente, es complicado estar en la piscina y en temporada de lluvia, notifiquen que el camino se pone feo para que las personas vayan preparadas.
