I highly recommend it, as well as a very nice view thanks to the balcony. It has all the amenities you can imagine and everything is very pleasant. Besides, the host is always attentive to any help you might need. Which hardly happens since the apartment has it all. It is very comfortable to work with and has fast internet. A very pleasant and spectacular stay. It has everything close by.

My stay at Fran's Airbnb was simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome thanks to his hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was impeccable, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the area without any problems. In addition, Fran was always available for any questions, which made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree stay. Sandra's apartment is spectacular, luxurious and very modern. Communication with her was very easy and efficient. She was always willing to help. She’s very friendly too. The pool was amazing! I didn’t have any issues with anything at all. I love the security that the building offers; if you are looking for a nice, very safe place and just steps from restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and nightclubs, do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommended. I will definitely book this again next time I’m in the area. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The apartment is located in a lively, pleasant and safe area of Guayaquil : along the river with plenty of bars, animations and restaurants around. Can be a little noisy at night though.... The apartment has an outstanding view on the river...It is very comfortable, well equipped with anything you might need...The communication with the building staff is very easy : they were friendly, responsive and most helpful to us....

The place was clean, sheets, towels, everything in general, just like the photographs, the person who received us was super attentive when we needed it, and I felt very safe. The complimentary drinks are a plus, as are the toiletries in the very complete bathroom. Thank you, we will go back!

The apartment is very nice and luxurious. The location is near the boardwalk and exclusive area of Guayaquil. The view of the river is wonderful. The only thing missing was the prior information about the room number, key pick-up and some general directions about the apartment. But everything was as described in the publication.

Nelson was an excellent host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The pool was very clean and private. Nelson was very helpful and gave us very good advice about the area, taxi service, restaurants etc. In all we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend it to our friends and family and we would stay there again!! Carlos place was in a excellent location, clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

The security was great and I felt safe knowing that they thoroughly vetted everyone who entered the building. The apartment itself was so clean, and having access to air conditioning after the hot days was a real treat! Everything was squeaky clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the area felt very secure and not far from the airport. Maria was very communicative and responsive, and she was accommodating to whatever we needed. The only difficulty was parking, since the public parking closed at night and on sundays, and it was somewhat difficult parking the car outside. But even so, very manageable, and would return in an instant!! (:
