Claudia is a very attentive person and concerned about those who share her space. She is also very communicative and that strengthens the security of being able to stay at this Airbnb. Ceibos is a space full of trees and quite pleasant for walking. Considering that this is not the norm in Guayaquil, it is very good to have this option.

We are located at the top of hill San Eduardo in a central and strategic area of the city, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown, a few blocks from Urdesa where there are a variety of restaurants, if you go to the American consulate we are just only 5 minutes and if your trip is to the beaches the access is 2 km away. Here you will breathe fresh air surrounded by nature and you will hear the chirping of the birds, you will think that you are not in the busy city of Guayaquil
