A comfortable and family friendly place, you feel at home. When there are power outages in the area the only mobile operator that works inside the house is Claro. It is not advisable to go out for a walk at night but... Today in the day which place is recommended to walk during the night in Guayaquil? One street is the market where you can find without a doubt the best ceviches in the city, there are ATMs a few steps away. I would stay again on another trip

I recommend this place of lodging, my family and I felt like at home everything was as described in the application, all the spaces of the house clean and tidy; in addition and for me super important host always stayed in communication with me, always attentive to every detail so that my experience was the best; I hope to return soon.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, the host was flexible with the check-out time, since we arrived before the scheduled time and he received us without any problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool area is very nice to share with the family. We would definitely come back

Our family and friends had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy and well-equipped, with all the details thought out for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, and the atmosphere is quiet, perfect for resting. In addition, communication with the host was quick and efficient, always ready to help with any questions. I stayed with my family from Tuesday the 31st to Thursday, January 2nd. Everything was very nice, the accommodation is highly recommended, the pool is beautiful

The pictures on Airbnb are accurate in describing the House. Ricardo's House is fantastic! He was always attentive and swift to respond. My family and I loved the patio, the terrace, and the big swimming pool the most. The downfall was finding the House; many areas in town were under construction; However, at night was very silent. If you come from out of town, I suggest contacting Ricardo to guide you to the House; the GPS only sometimes works. In our case, Ricardo met us at a specific location (a church 3 minutes away) and guided us to the House. Once we got inside the House, the FUN started! - Ricardo was a great host and quickly resolved any concerns we had. :)
