Everything was very clean and tidy. The only opportunity for improvement would be to improve the parking area, which was very muddy.

Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .

Nice place, far from the city at the foot of the sea, perfect for spending time with family and friends. Just a detail to improve there should be fans in rooms. All basic services and wifi ok. Recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, functional. Its excellent location in addition to spectacular views. I spent some incredible days with my family, we enjoyed the pool, a barbecue in the grill area, everything was very comfortable and the building was very safe. The pictures on Airbnb are accurate in describing the House. Ricardo's House is fantastic! He was always attentive and swift to respond. My family and I loved the patio, the terrace, and the big swimming pool the most. The downfall was finding the House; many areas in town were under construction; However, at night was very silent. If you come from out of town, I suggest contacting Ricardo to guide you to the House; the GPS only sometimes works. In our case, Ricardo met us at a specific location (a church 3 minutes away) and guided us to the House. Once we got inside the House, the FUN started! - Ricardo was a great host and quickly resolved any concerns we had. :)

Everything was spectacular, from the cleanliness, the view, and the kindness of the people made our stay perfect. This place really has everything, pools, places for the kids to play right there. We loved it! Super nice and clean apartment. We'll be back, we'll be back! One hundred percent recommended!

We loved the house, and the best thing is that it is facing the sea, the house is spacious and the garage is spacious for 4 or 5 cars, we were worried about the issue of water but in the end until we have plenty of full, well maybe because we did not spend much time in the house, and from there one other inconvenient but everything was notified and they were already resolved, additional something external would be that traveling to Crucita during the week is something desolate and there is no big thing to do, the beach is not so recommended for children since the waves are strong, but from there would be a good place to rest and share with family in the place. I highly recommend the house, and we hope to return on another occasion.

We had an amazing weekend at this beach house with my family and friends, and the experience was just great. From the first moment, the house surprised us with its comfort, cleanliness and a direct exit to the sea. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds that ensured a good rest. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the proximity to the beach meant we could enjoy the sea at all times.
