We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s quiet, convenient, comfortable and secure. Adriana is an excellent host. She is very responsive to anything we needed and any questions we had. I highly recommend her place and am planning to stay there again.

The location is perfect for getting around to service locations (restaurants, supermarkets). That's the place! It's always about two or three blocks from everything, including transportation. The place is very efficient. That's why I like to go when they have availability!!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you

I loved it. It's nice, quiet and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Ideal for coming with the family and relaxing for a while.

The suite is very nice and spacious, it is just like the photos, it has a good view of the sector and is very comfortable in general. The area is commercial, with many restaurants, however, you still feel privacy and tranquility in the suite. It's a good place to stay, personally I'd like to come back in the future.

I really enjoyed it, everything was spectacular. Good quality sheets and towels. The variety of pillows 10/10 It's super spacious and comfortable. I would have loved if the curtain in the room is black out completely.

The apartment is A1. The decor is top-notch. The view is wide and you can see the river. Very large. Both the dining room and the two bedrooms, each with its built-in bathroom. The A/C is strong. I didn't feel warm at any time. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Nothing was missing. The reception of the building is a 5 star hotel. And the staff is always willing to help. Not a single but. Nothing to improve. And Monica, she helped me with everything I needed. I would respond right away. Impeccable. They even helped me with my bags. Thank you Jeremías. I definitely come here every time I return to Guayaquil. Thank you Monica!!

The stay was great, we felt right at home. We are very grateful to the host Teresita Hube and her son Josías Moreira; they were excellent hosts, Teresita showed us a lot of respect and consideration, she was attentive to all our needs and that made us feel right at home. We recommend staying at Teresita's home without hesitation because of the qualities she showed us. Indeed, the house is in a quiet place, there is no noise, you sleep pleasantly, the parking lot that it has to store the vehicle helped us. We are very grateful to the Moreira Hube family.

So far, this is my favorite place to stay in Guayaquil. It's a peaceful neighborhood and Mario and María José are excellent. Friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They also offer a laundry service, which has been really great to have during my stays. The suite itself is cozy and homey. Bottled water is provided. Kitchen has the essentials and if there's something you need that isn't already there, Mario will help you get your hands on it. A great experience all around. I've stayed there a handful of times already and I'll be going back.

The place is as shown in the photos, we had a comfortable stay and close to 9 de Octubre. We managed to get private parking at night at the Vuelta del Departamento.

Very good place, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, the terrace is a very convenient space to relax and share, the terrace is definitely a plus, the decor is very friendly, strategically well located, unfortunately at night the area is not very comfortable to get around but the place is ideal to spend a different weekend in peace.
