Mi estadía en el Airbnb de Fran fue simplemente increíble. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí bienvenido gracias a su hospitalidad y atención a los detalles. El alojamiento estaba impecable, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La ubicación era perfecta, permitiéndome disfrutar de la zona sin inconvenientes. Además, Fran siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia placentera y sin preocupaciones. Espero volver pronto!!

Lo recomiendo completamente, ya que aparte de una vista muy bonita gracias al balcón. Tiene todas las comodidades imaginables y muy grato todo. Cosa aparte es que siempre la anfitriona está atenta a cualquier ayuda que se necesite. Cosa que casi no ocurre ya que el depto lo tiene todo. Para trabajar es muy cómodo y con internet rápida. Una estadía muy grata y espectacular. Hay de todo cerca.

Como huésped recurrente, siempre he disfrutado de este encantador apartamento. Es hermoso y está impecable, con una atención al detalle notable por parte del dueño. La comunicación es clara y efectiva, y no he tenido problemas con las reglas. El acceso a la piscina, aunque puede parecer un inconveniente, nunca me ha molestado; el ambiente es agradable y la piscina está bien cuidada. En resumen, si buscas un lugar acogedor y un dueño atento, este apartamento es ideal. ¡Altamente recomendado!

The apartment is located in a lively, pleasant and safe area of Guayaquil : along the river with plenty of bars, animations and restaurants around. Can be a little noisy at night though.... The apartment has an outstanding view on the river...It is very comfortable, well equipped with anything you might need...The communication with the building staff is very easy : they were friendly, responsive and most helpful to us....

El sitio estuvo limpio, sábanas, toallas, todo en general, igual a las fotografías, la persona que nos recibió súper atento cuando lo requerimos, y me sentí muy segura. Las bebidas de cortesía son un plus, al igual que las cosas de aseo en el baño muy completo. Gracias, sin duda volveremos!

El departamento es muy bonito y lujoso. La ubicación cercana al malecón y zona exclusiva de Guayaquil. La vista esaravilloda al río. Lo único que faltó fue las indicaciones previas de datos de número de habitación, recolecta de llaves y algunas indicaciones generales del departamento. Pero todo de acuerdo a la publicación.

Nelson was an excellent host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The pool was very clean and private. Nelson was very helpful and gave us very good advice about the area, taxi service, restaurants etc. In all we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend it to our friends and family and we would stay there again!! The security was great and I felt safe knowing that they thoroughly vetted everyone who entered the building. The apartment itself was so clean, and having access to air conditioning after the hot days was a real treat! Everything was squeaky clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the area felt very secure and not far from the airport. Maria was very communicative and responsive, and she was accommodating to whatever we needed. The only difficulty was parking, since the public parking closed at night and on sundays, and it was somewhat difficult parking the car outside. But even so, very manageable, and would return in an instant!! (:
