This was a beautiful house to stay in for my time in Guayaquil. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal as well if you're wanting to explore the city. And it's very safe as there's always a security guard nearby. Communication with Mariuxi was easy and clear. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Guayaquil.

The place is just like the photos, the host 10/10 responds your needs. Only that I would add it as a recommendation is that they wear repellent, it is difficult to be in the pool and in rainy season, they notify that the road is getting ugly for people to be prepared.
