It's even more beautiful than in the photos and I'd go back a thousand times!! Pros: You can see the sunrise from the balcony and be surrounded by nature throughout your stay. The landscapes are beautiful!! The restaurant food is rich. Direct lake access. Public boats always pass by, so you can get around easily. Cons: You may encounter large spiders and scorpions, so be prepared mentally. You have to climb several stairs to get to the room.

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

Rarely do I find an Airbnb where I feel instantly at home, find everything I need, and never want to leave, but that is exactly what this place is. The view is what drew me, but the home itself is nothing short of perfect. A beautiful balcony overlooking the lake, with breathtaking sunrises, windows that open and let in the morning light, the apartment is perfect. Kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking, along with a few spices, French press, etc. Nothing more magical than your morning coffee with a volcano view. It is located up a small hill (which is pretty steep), but tuk-tuks can take you up if preferred. Felt very safe as a solo traveler, quiet, relaxing. Graciela, the housekeeper, is lovely and does an impeccable job. Apartment was spotless. There may be a few creatures that make an appearance, saw one scorpion, but it is normal for the area. Mosquito net around bed keeps you protected at night. All in all, I am so sad to leave, but STAY HERE. You won’t regret it.

This apartment is s great deal for staying in San Pedro. Easy check in, responsive host, 10/10 location, beautiful outdoor space, well priced. Kenny helped us get s shuttle directly to airport after our stay and always answered immediately any questions that we may have had. Perfect Airbnb for a few days in San Pedro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocio's place, the views are absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. Would love to return one day!

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Was a peaceful, beautiful setting! We absolutely loved our host. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa!

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

It's a place to relax and feel at home, to spend time with the family. We were very well received, we will be back!

La Casita del Lago was the perfect location for a gun and relaxing family trip. Lots of room for everyone, outdoor and indoor areas were comfortable and well designed. We used the grill and fire pit, hammocks and paddle boards. The best part was the support by the staff at the house, Rudy, Rosa and Maria were fantastic and they made our stay memorable. we will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage in El Paredón! The private pool was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to great restaurants. The location was ideal and njust steps to the beach.. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing beach escape!

Maria is a wonderful host. Attentive and helpful. The house was amazing, everything was just as described. Don Estuardo and Erica were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.

Wonderful accommodation. Beautiful house with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room, balcony and beautiful view, beautiful pool, beautiful location on the beach. We would love to come back.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.

All the staff were responsive and friendly! We truly felt like there is no place more beautiful on the lake than Alas Del Angel! Feels like a boutique style hotel, and the landscaping was absolutely gorgeous. It’s within walking distance to San Marcos “downtown” area but tucked away. We loved the kayaks, paddle board and private dock. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the restaurant one morning. The one downside is the additional cost for the jacuzzi, which we would have loved to use but was a bit overpriced. Second, we didn’t notice before coming that the 2nd bedroom was entirely detached/separate entrance. It is right next door, just no connecting door. Thanks again!

Very good stay, comfortable and friendly. The house like the pictures cute everything, private and safe condominium. Rodrigo always attentive to us a pleasure to have been in the apartment.
