Perfect location. Flexible check-in/out, check availability. I live in the apartment in a separate area, I use the kitchen only to get in and out of my quarters. The kitchen is at the disposal of guests, who will have exclusive access with keys to the other rooms of the apartment. The kitchen has all the basic utensils.
