You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

A nice, large comfortable 80 sqm semi-detached house with terrace, balcony and garden about 100 m to the lake. Tourist information with suggestions for leisure activities and bike tours next door, as well as bike rental. Ideal starting point for activities. Bakery and restaurants are within walking distance.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
