Our 43-square-meter (463-square-foot), lovingly furnished vacation apartment is quietly located in the idyllic little village of Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from here, you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation rental includes a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the countryside and direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

UND ganztags Sonne!! Die komfortable, liebevoll eingerichtete Junior-Suite bietet bequem Platz für 2 bis max. 4 Pers. und hat einen abgetrenntem Schlafbereich. Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

Ideal for sporting activities, whether by bike or on foot or as a starting point for a hike in the Chiemgau and Inn Valley mountains as well as a visit to the royal castle. The cities of Munich and Salzburg are each only about 1 hour away. After your excursions, you can enjoy the spacious south terrace of your accommodation.

Our property is beautifully grown, very quiet and idyllic. Children are welcome here, but we ask you to register them as a 3rd or 4th regular guest. We also provide cribs, changing tables, chairs for the little ones....We ask for your understanding.

Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
