The picturesque Chiemsee is only a few minutes' walk away. The flat was renovated to a high standard in 2020, new bathrooms, new fitted kitchen with appliances, fully tiled with high-quality Italian tiles in wood look.

We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
