During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Newly renovated holiday flat on the top floor in a wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of Gstadt. The view of the mountains from the balcony is marvellous. The picturesque Chiemsee is only a few minutes' walk away. The flat was renovated to a high standard in 2020, new bathrooms, new fitted kitchen with appliances, fully tiled with high-quality Italian tiles in wood look.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.
