House vacation rentals in Groton

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had the best long weekend trip at Tulip Tree Cottage! Terri was a very responsive host - she gave us instructions for check-in and the house guide a few days before we were set to arrive. The home is even more beautiful in person! You can tell they put a lot of love and care into it. It’s very homey, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also spotless and wonderfully decorated. The area is close to Westerly and Mystic, so we had a great time exploring both. The pool was refreshing and a treat to come home to. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

Lovely cottage! Clean and secluded. Beautiful views. We stayed with our family of four and it was perfect. Each room is spacious. Bathrooms are updated. Kitchenette has everything you really need, except a stove. We used the Grill burner to make pancakes in the morning. Fridge is on the smaller size but there are lot of compartments. Sound system wasn't compatible with our phones but not a huge deal for us. Joe was very responsive. Overall we give this cottage a five stars! The pictures are accurate.

Sue’s home was the perfect location for a family stay in Rhode Island near the beach. She was very responsive and made our stay as seamless as possible.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home itself is gorgeous and the view is stunning. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was perfect for me and four friends to stay the weekend.

A lovely cottage on a quiet street (at least in the fall!). The interior is just beautiful with all the wood floors, walls, ceilings. The kitchen was - unusual! Clearly they had to retrofit an old home to accommodate modern appliances, but all worked well.

I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our Christmas visit with family. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay in East Hampton. We will be back!

We were 7 women celebrating a 90th birthday party. We could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was SPECTACULAR!!! The grounds were amazing, plenty of parking, quiet but close to anything you might need or want! A welcome basket with a personalized note made us feel special. I had a question and called the host. She answered the call and question but we continued to talk like old friends. So friendly! The bedrooms were stunning. Very comfortable mattresses, delicious linens and pillows! Everything was perfect. We not only had a beautiful home to stay in, but we all came home with memories of a perfect weekend! Thank you Kim! We already want to come back!!

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Travis' place with my husband and two young daughters. The house is beautifully appointed and so cozy. We played games by the fire, watched a movie in the cozy tv room, and made and enjoyed lovely meals in the kitchen. The house is even more magical than it looks in the photos, and we certainly hope to be back.

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

We were in Connecticut for our son's wedding and Karr's home was perfect. We had a group of 9 adults and we all found it very comfortable with plenty of room. The house is across from an excellent Thai restaurant and just down the street from a really good clam shack. It is close to downtown Norwich and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property - the owners were super responsive and the property was immaculate. It's a little gem, quiet, and comfortable!

Troy’s place was awesome. We took advantage of the hot tub every night! We took a lot of day trips to Newport and to Westerly. We will have to come back in the summertime next visit!
