Vacation rentals with a patio in Groton

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Had an excellent stay here. Host was responsive. Unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, the works. Host was also responsive to questions and what not. It was also a plus that there was so much space to spread out for a couple nights and they didn’t price gouge like most of the other alternatives in the area. If there was one note to make that isn’t in their control, it’s that the street outside is super busy. Must just be something about the location but the traffic was non stop. But that didn’t affect our sleep or anything. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Deborah's apartment is easy to find and access. The decor is super fun with nice nods to pop culture and the MCM art scene. We were comfortable watching a movie in the living room area, working at the dining table, preparing breakfast in the kitchen, taking calls in the office, sleeping in the bedroom, and hanging out on the back patio when it wasn't raining. We appreciated all the bonus items like snacks, coffee, toiletries, and laundry soap/dryer balls. It was colder at night, and the apartment warmed up so quickly when we needed heat. From this location, you can easily get to Mohegan Sun, Norwich, New London, or any other shoreline location. We definitely felt comfortable, was able to use the wifi for remote work, and trusted we were safe.

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

This place is in the perfect location for Rhode Island and Connecticut. Mystic is less than 20 min away. Westerly is a neat town with must try restaurant..Cinder! The airbnb has a beautiful yard and patio furniture. Inside had everything we needed.

Me & my partner was looking for a little getaway & found Marie’s Airbnb. Prior to arriving she communicated everything was set for check in. The home was very modern, clean, & smelt clean as well. This is a perfect home for a little getaway, it’s very close to attractions & etc. Even though we didn’t use anything in the home it was provided with towels, soap, many kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook, & etc. we loved this & would definitely come again!

Clean, cute, and convenient. You are only about 10-15 minutes away from days worth of things to do around southern RI, but can go back there and rest in the quiet and comfort as of you live there away from all the noise for a very reasonable price for where you are and what you get. Her beautifully maintained flower garden was definitely an extra perk to make the place even cozier than it is and gave a wonderful smell when hanging out on the covered porch in the evenings. The apartment was even bigger than I thought it was going to be and was perfect for me and my fiancé to be able to spread out and relax. The apartment was incredibly cleaned and well maintained from front room to kitchen to bathroom to bedroom better than any hotel I’ve stayed at while still keeping that lived-in charm that makes it feel like home. Linens were crisp and clean and we loved the cleanliness and softness of the bed, was definitely great for weary legs lol 110/10 for this place! Will stay again!

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

My group of friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home for a long weekend. The home was very spacious and had plenty of room for hosting our larger group and keeping us entertained with Pool Table and Ping Pong, in addition to a grill so we could cook for ourselves with ease and a backyard for lawn games. the neighborhood is very quiet and is in close walking distance to the ocean. The master bedroom has a 2nd floor deck that has a great view of th water. The number of beds makes this place a great value with larger groups, without the need to sacrifice on comfort.

Dans place was pristine and location was amazing! better than the photos shown- highly recommend it!!

This is my 3rd time staying here and we have loved it each time. Nick not only gives you a best welcome cookies and scratch tickets but will check in throughout your stay to make sure everything is working out properly. Looking forward to staying here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

This was our second time at Peter’s place, and we had an enjoyable stay. Our destinations were short drives and easy to find. The place was immaculate, and the amenities offered met more than our needs. My wife and I along with our dog would love to stay again when we are back in the area.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

Great stay! Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful location for Mystic. House fit 6 adults just fine. The Seaport Museum was worth the trip. Enders Island was gorgeous. Mystic Pizza was actually delicious. Beautiful walk around Bluff Point State Park. A trip through Stonington and walk at Barn Island very pretty, and lunch at Dog Watch Cafe was fabulous, outdoor seating with the ocean view and the boats was quite lovely.

just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

Will definitely be repeat customers when we come back to CT to see friends and family. The place is exactly as described, spotless and was a home away from home. Elizabeth answered any questions quickly. Thank you for making our first experience with Air Bnb a positive one.
