Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Groton

We had a wonderful stay in Brian's charming home. The house is even more luxurious than in the photos--everything is first-class from the beds and linens; to the spacious kitchen with every new appliance you could need; to the comfy living room area with huge flat-screen TV. We had more than enough room for our family of four and our kids loved how close the private beach was, literally out the door. They kayaked and enjoyed walks on the beach. The area is in a very quiet, private neighborhood with close access to the shops and restaurants on Madison's main street. A perfect retreat any time of year, we hope to come back soon.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

Peter was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. lovely space with great proximity to the beach!

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

This was our second stay at Judie's place. The house is immaculately clean, from easy check in, instructions left, comfortable beds, location is amazing, walkable into town. Showers are great, I could go on and on about how great the space is. We will definitely stay here again when back in Greenport.

Loved this house! We were staying in Mystic, CT for a work trip and were pulling early morning hours and late evening hours and this house provided everything we needed when we weren't at work. It was spacious, clean, and we could all spread out during any down time we had. It is also such a beautiful house with all of the woodwork, windows/light, and decor! Wendy was great in all of her communications and check-in/check-out could not have been any easier. We may be coming back to Mystic, CT in two years for another work trip and will be looking forward to booking this house again!

This is the second time time we've stayed at Carol's place. It's spacious, comfortable, with plenty of open rooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. This is becoming our yearly must-stay place!

Staying at Robert’s place was such a great experience. The property was beautiful, and the surrounding area was calm and scenic making it feel like a perfect getaway. Robert was super responsive and easy to talk to, which made everything smooth from start to finish. It was really nice meeting him in person—he even greeted us in Swedish and gave us a little tour of the place, which made us feel extra welcome. We look forward to come visit again to explore the area more!

Our stay at Jennifer's place was excellent. We wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from all the Mystic attractions (and a short walk from the very necessary wine shop and pizza joint! ) We loved our little balcony just outside the living room. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again!

My son and I stayed here for UConn's admitted student visit. Lovely spot close to campus. Rural but close to restaurants. Ideal for a family retreat.

Paul was a great host and we greatly enjoyed the unit. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had a lovely stay, the upstairs was so bright and fresh. The furniture was comfy and the television simple to use. Our only st back was that when we searched Thursday to Sat the price was $262. Unfortunately we had to wait till Friday which resulted in $100 more. But the friendliness and user friendly kitchen was great.

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

We booked Tyler and Lauren’s place for a wedding we were attending in the area. It was perfect for our needs and close to the wedding venue. Their place was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of their outdoor fire pit area, including the s’more fixings they left for us. They have a lovely yard and Lauren was incredibly friendly and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. I would absolutely stay there again if visiting RI.

Wonderful stay, lots of small added touches that made a big difference. My 13-year-old son loved it. Convenient and quiet.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed off peak season, although alot was closed we felt right at home and were more than happy to spend family time at this condo! The views were stunning, and the condo was immaculate. We were close to everything and was still within very reasonable driving distance to the surrounding towns. Julie was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive and accomadating throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next year!

This place has everything you need and a lot more. All of furniture is new and comfortable especially the huge king bed. Bathroom and shower was super clean and comfortable. Linens and towels are top notch. The TV in the bedroom and living room is a plus. The private outdoor patio is comfortable and relaxing. 5 min to Mohegan Sun. I could go on and on about this place it is amazing and a great value. You won't be disappointed!

Krista place is very clean and welcoming. It had perfect personal touches. From coffee creamer for our morning coffee, to shower essentials. I find the small personal touches so nice and it is welcoming. Christa offered east check in and extended my check out time with no questions ask. This was a very nice place for a weekend trip and we will def be booking again!

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

This was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend in Montauk. We were so close to everything which made it very convenient. The room was perfect and loved the clothing rack perk! Everything was clean and loved the skylights in the unit and the patio overlooking the water. 10/10 woud definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! My sister in law was celebrating a special birthday and we were in york for the weekend.
