Monthly Rentals in Graz

This was our second visit to this apartment and hopefully we can visit here again. Cosy, comfortable flat and the location is super. Andreas is very helpful and nice host.

The stay was wonderful and flawless. You enter the apartment and can feel comfortable right away, as it is not only modernly equipped and clean, but also has all household utensils for everyday life: from kitchen appliances to clothes racks and irons for shirts to spices, detergent and tourist information. You had more the feeling that you had brought too much from home. Communication was impeccable and always friendly and professional. Always recommended for another business visit to Graz!

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb very much. The apartment was clean, tidy and very welcoming. The location was near the supermarket and public transportation. I would gladly book this Airbnb again if I will ever visit Graz again. Thank you!

Access to the apartment was easy and the elevator made it easy to check in with luggage. Everything was on foot and the proximity to the train station also allowed you to visit outside of Graz. Tom helped very helpful in resolving a problem with the washing machine. I appreciate her help. The apartment was well appointed and well-equipped. Stay in a quiet environment and a favorite for the balcony and inner courtyard!
